Opening of Meeting by President - Meetings will Continue to be Held @ Sheetz until April
Update on Previous Meeting Open Business 

1. Board Members - Open Positions

  • Secretary Nominee: Lindsay Good; Website/ Social Media Nominee: Emily Harry; Uniforms: Lead Nominee: Kristin Ziegler with Assistance from Beth Heister and Janine Niehaus
  • Lead Positions still Vacant Include: Treasurer, Field Maintenance (Assistance by John Good), Equipment, Fundraising (Assistance by Lindsay Good), Concession Stand - Determined that volunteers for these positions would be accepted until December meeting and then readdressed

2.    By-Laws

  • Discussed By Laws as Proposed
  • Suggested Modification to Article V Section 5 regarding Board Members not permitted to be on Board of another Comittee and options to amend - Current President and Vice President will review this section and determine what modifications can be made

1. Organization is in the positive - Further Details available upon request
2. Establish PO Box for Statements/ Payments to be sent
3. Add Treasurer to Signature Card and Online Banking (Position still Vacant)
4. Order Checks with Ledger Attached
Committee Updates
1. Field Maintainance:  Issues/ Options involving Change in availability of current field discussed in depth - discussed setting up meeting with Borough to address lack of comminucation on their part and available options; discussed what is necessary to prepare other fields for winter
2. Equipment: Establish Date to Inventory Equipment/ winterize/ repair drags and screens
3. Website/ Social Media: address admin rights for Facebook Page
4. Uniforms: Take Inventory - Utilize Old before Purchasing New; Discussed Establishing a Uniform Exchange; Discussed whether to Continue Including Pants in Uniform or Allow Parents to Purchase; Plan on Securing Multiple Quotes for full uniform purchase from supplier vs. purchasing uniforms and providing to printer for logos and numbers
5. Fundraising: Ideas Include Sub Sale, as well as other Sales (Whoopie Pies, Eggrolls), Daddy/Daughter Dance; Acorn Farms (Pulled Pork), Ask for Donations from local businesses
6. Concession Stand: Discussed options for Spring due to potential loss of current Concession Stand; take current inventory of product and equipment, remove out of date items
Unfinished Business
1. Spring Registration:  End Registration on January 31st, upcharge for registration after deadline; flyers to local schools, post signs in the area
2. Status of Indoor Winter Workouts:  Community Center is available for use, there are 2 rooms - Kristen Ziegler is available to help Coach, Lindsay Good will check on Available Dates
New Business
1. Fall Ball Debrief: Discussed how many games were played/ Cancelled
2. Spring Coaching: Discussed and Explained "Hey Coach" tab on website which includes drills and practice guidance; Discussed Printing Packets for new coaches with tips and links to YouTube Videos, holding Coaching Clinics, and the Possibility of a Coaching Coordinator in the future
3. Communicated the utilization of Secretary email address for all communication, reinforced the use of the Feedback tab and Contact Us tabs on website - Established expectation of responses within 1 business day if received before 5 p.m.
4. Discussed an apparel store online for parent to purchase items (Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Hats, etc.)
